TERMS OF SALE
Our Regal Lion Sculptures/Stoppers are made-to-order, and will usually require 6 – 12 weeks to complete. We will email you upon receipt of your order to confirm, and to advise you of the estimated ship date.
You may cancel your order at any time during the first seven (7) days after placing it and receive a full refund of all monies you have paid. Since The Regal Lion is custom made-to-order, orders canceled after seven days will be subject to a cancellation/return fee of three (3) percent of the full purchase price. We require a minimum deposit of fifty (50) percent with your order. The balance will be charged to your credit card just prior to shipment. (You may, of course, make full payment when ordering).
You may return The Regal Lion for any reason, for a full refund less the 3% return fee (unless your Lion has been customized at your request – see Specifications – in which case it is not returnable). Please notify us by email before you ship it back. Returns must be received by us within thirty (30) days from the date on which your order is delivered to you, and it must be in the same unused, pristine condition as when you received it, with the original display base and presentation box. Please pack a return very carefully, and insure it for the full purchase price. We do not consider it returned until we receive it.
Please note that any damage to the Lion sculpture, in our sole judgement, may make it non-returnable. We invest a great deal of time and care to bring the various surfaces and edges as close to perfect as we do. Scratches or nicks, even very minor ones, may not be reparable without compromising that perfection, thereby making the Lion unsaleable to another collector.
The Regal Lion will be accompanied with a signed Certificate of Origin & Authenticity specifying materials and limited edition number.
The information we ask you for when you order, is only what we need to process that order, and to contact you about your order when necessary. We do not regard your information as a ‘profit center’: we do not lend, trade, share or sell client information to anyone, under any circumstances, other than as required by law. The only information we will retain is contact information, if you have given us permission to reach out to you occasionally when we introduce a new design.
